Product description

Rustle up some fun in Old Gringos' Marsharazz boot. Gorgeous embroidery and painted graphics add femme appeal to the tall, angular shaft of this Western-style leather boot that'll shine atop denim, cords, and with sassy minis. An etched heel and lovely almond toe complete its ruggedly elegant profile.

Since 2000, Old Gringo has been focused on a single goal: creating western wear that combines the best materials with the skills of exceptional craftsmen. Beautiful designs and comfort are not accidents. They're the result of applying a contemporary flair for fashion to a time-honored handcrafted art. As they continue to pursue this goal, they strive to make the Old Gringo brand something that their customers feel embodies style and quality.

Handbook of Texas

The Handbook of Texas was the brainchild of past TSHA President Walter Prescott Webb, who boldly declared it would be “a reference to practically any topic on Texas history.” The initial Handbook was published as a two-volume set in 1952, with a supplemental volume published in 1976.

Today, the Handbook is entirely online and includes 27,429 encyclopedic entries on the influential people, eras, and events of Texas history. Its staff of editors continuously works to add and update entries to ensure its accuracy and comprehensiveness.

Celebrate the history of Texas every day by signing up for your free subscription to the Texas Day by Day e-newsletter. Each email tells a little bit more of the story of Texas and links to the Handbook of Texas. It's one of the best ways to learn more about Texas history — in only about 15 minutes a day!
